Addison Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist I in Chantilly, VA, onsite, to provide end-user desktop support and address Tier 1–2 tickets. You will participate in technology implementation projects and deliver excellent customer service to users across the organization.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of technical experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience with Windows and virtualized environments, and familiarity with an ITSM system.

Salary Range: $75k - $80k
