Job summary

Aspen One is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the I.T. department, focusing on customer service and effective problem resolution. The role involves answering help desk calls, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and escalating when needed.

On-site duties may include visiting to fix problems and maintaining assets across various departments. The position offers an hourly pay range of $27.00 to $28.00, with actual pay based on budget and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional computer experience required.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer Help Desk Calls
• Troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software problems either over the phone or in person
• Record all calls in ticket tracking system
• Be familiar with installation and maintenance of all hardware used in rental, retail, ski school, ticketing and office applications
• Replace faulty hardware
• Create/manage user accounts
• Deal with warranty issues
• Use inTune for PC deployments
• Replace leased assets under a deadline
• Other duties as assigned
