Perry Homes, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to support corporate, sales, and construction users on-site. You will deploy, repair, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and fix printers, network devices, and conference room equipment.

You’ll support in-house applications including Microsoft Office, Teams, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BlueBeam Revu, while collaborating with the Service Desk for prompt remediation.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 1-3 years of IT experience.
• Strong customer service and IT helpdesk focus.
• Knowledge of hardware, software and basic networking.
• Experience with Active Directory user accounts and access.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site technical support for corporate, sales, and construction offices.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Resolve issues with printers, copiers, scanners, phones and conference room equipment.
• Set up computers for deployment per company configuration.
• Assist with hardware/software rollout projects and remote support as needed.
