Digital Moviola is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Jackson, MS team. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, delivering prompt technical support and enabling colleagues to focus on our core mission.

The role requires strong Windows/macOS knowledge, experience with Microsoft 365, and solid networking fundamentals. You will work with a collaborative IT team to maintain systems, assist onboarding, and support asset management.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MCSE are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support to all employees, responding to issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and applications.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions across platforms.
• Log all service desk interactions and document resolutions in the knowledge base.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees, including equipment provisioning and system access.
• Support IT inventory and asset management records.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team on projects and upgrades.
