SolomonEdwards is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to keep our technology running smoothly in a dynamic business environment. You’ll troubleshoot issues, set up new equipment, and support a range of systems including Microsoft 365/Exchange and SharePoint.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, an associate degree in IT or related field, and certifications such as CompTIA A+.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, responsive IT support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Set up computers for new employees and maintain equipment.

• Maintain secure, reliable IT systems.
