Job summary

Bridgeline Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist to help users, troubleshoot technology, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across our San Diego-area offices.

You'll set up computers and devices for new hires, manage help desk tickets, support conference room tech, and assist with networks and cloud tools while delivering friendly, proactive customer service to colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Windows, and Mac.
• Exposure to virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, VoIP, and mobile device management.
