Job summary

You will respond to helpdesk requests, troubleshoot desktops, printers, and connectivity, and provide end‑user training to promote secure and productive technology use.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 2+ years of desktop support in a professional setting.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and related hardware.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional IT helpdesk support to employees.
