North State Bank is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver first-line support for workstation hardware, software, OS, and bank systems. This in-office role supports Raleigh employees and helps ensure secure, reliable technology across the organization.

The role emphasizes customer service, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with IT teams to deploy and support technology resources for meetings, audits, and daily operations.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Two or more years of desktop support or helpdesk experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, professional IT helpdesk support to employees.
• Troubleshoot workstation, software, OS, applications, and connectivity issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication to users at all levels of the organization.
• Provide end-user training for secure use of technology resources.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and retire desktops and laptops per IT standards.
