Job summary

Anderson Center for Autism is seeking an Information Technology Specialist (ITS-1) to support our educational, residential, clinical, and administrative programs. You will troubleshoot issues, support network infrastructure, and maintain technology assets to ensure staff have reliable tools and resources.

The role emphasizes solving technical challenges, continuous learning, and contributing to a secure, efficient IT environment across multiple IT operations areas.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of wired and wireless networking concepts and configurations.
• Basic understanding of server administration and technology infrastructure.
• Experience in a help desk or desktop support environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to agency staff across settings.
• Assist in supporting reliable and secure computer, network, telephone, and email infrastructure.
• Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets with documentation.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and user-access issues and implement solutions.
• Support projects that improve technology services across the organization.
• Maintain documentation related to support requests, configurations, assets, and installations.
• Coordinate and maintain agency-wide technology inventories and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to development of technical documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in technology projects, upgrades, and departmental initiatives.
