Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs and configures hardware and software on devices.
• Maintains detailed notes in service tickets and follows SOPs.
• Performs preventive maintenance on company devices.
• Leads small to mid-size IT projects within timeframe.
• Supports audio-video tech and knowledge bases.
• Performs device repairs and coordinates with vendors.
• Provides imaging and configuration for leadership validation.
• Delivers training and support to staff.
• Escalates critical roadblocks to leadership.
• Maintains accurate IT inventory via tracking software.
• Other duties as assigned.
