Formación

• Knowledgeable about multiple Internet Browsers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient with current Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
• Proficient at device imaging process.
• Advanced knowledge of mobile devices hardware.
• Skilled with projects and time tracking processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with workstation management software.
• Experience with peripherals and accessories.
• Understanding IT security best practices.
• Knowledge of IT network hardware, software, and concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Installs consumer-based hardware and software on devices and operating systems.
• Provides detailed descriptions within internal service ticket system.
• Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices.
• Leads small to mid-size projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframe.
• Maintains AIT operating procedures for field operations and supports audio-video tech.
• Creates and references centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.
• Performs proficient level repairs for company devices.
• Works with designated information technology vendors for support.
• Provides image builds and/or modifications to Senior or ITSS leadership for validation.
• Provides training and support to relevant staff.
• Recognizes critical roadblocks and escalates to leadership for resolution.
• Maintains accurate IT inventory using tracking software.
• Other duties as assigned.
