Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks an Imaging IT Specialist to support desktop hardware, imaging software and integration systems. You will monitor modality and information systems, manage users, and coordinate hardware upgrades while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ Imaging IT experience. Excellent problem-solving and patient-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Imaging IT.
• Strong knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA and related imaging IT applications.
• Fluent with hardware, software and database administration in clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and hardware support for imaging IT systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot imaging IT and modality systems; coordinate with vendors for downtime solutions.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and training for imaging IT tools.
• Plan and coordinate workstation hardware and software upgrades; install imaging connections.
• Offer client-facing support via phone, email or in-person and manage vendor relationships.
