Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in Hazleton, PA, is seeking an Associate III - IT Support to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain IT solutions for the office, facility, and remote users.

The role involves server and network deployment, basic AD management, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT operations, PC repair experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Suite; warehouse automation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or similar area of technical support.
• Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
• Experience with PC/Laptop repair and troubleshooting.
• Basic network and server knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and repairs (replace bad disk drive, replace memory, restart server).
• Experience with Active Directory for Windows servers.
• Experience with Warehouse Automation Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain IT solutions at the office, facility, and for remote users.
• Assist with server and network deployment and security tasks.
• Provide desktop/laptop troubleshooting and coordinate with IT for network/server issues.
• Support onsite and remote facilities and associates across the US.
• Assist with UAT testing and post-change troubleshooting; explain procedures as needed.
