Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a mid-level IT Support Specialist II (Tier 2) to deliver hardware, software, and onboarding help across the company. You’ll be the escalation point for Tier 1, mentor the team, and improve IT processes while supporting enterprise platforms and device management systems.

Remote with occasional in-person work in Palo Alto, CA; 3–5 years of IT experience preferred, strong problem-solving, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Experience resolving complex issues beyond Tier 1.
• Familiarity with enterprise Microsoft, Apple, Atlassian and Google products.
• Experience with conferencing, collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support across Windows, macOS, and enterprise apps.
• Escalate complex issues as Tier 2 subject-matter resource.
• Troubleshoot conferencing and collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox).
• Manage devices using MDM (JAMF, Intune) and enforce policies with Automox.
• Implement endpoint security practices for devices and data protection.
• Prioritize a ticket queue and complete projects promptly.
• Maintain documentation with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and elevate when needed.
• Identify IT process gaps and propose improvements.
• Occasionally travel to Palo Alto for in-person support.
