Qualifications

• 2+ years in help desk or IT support.
• Proficiency with PC hardware, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365.

• Familiar with ITSM ticketing systems.
• Experience with remote support tools.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues; escalate when needed.
• Apply system updates, patches, and hardware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and configurations.
• Document activities and resolutions in knowledge base.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and support enhancements.
• Contribute to IT initiatives like hardware refresh and software deployments.
• Provide professional training to end-users on solutions.
