Boley Centers is seeking a full-time IT Level 1 Support Technician to provide first-level IT support to staff across multiple locations, focusing on Microsoft Windows and Mac desktop systems, servers, networks, VOIP, and related technologies.

You will perform help desk triage, remote and onsite troubleshooting, document resolutions in the ticketing system, and sustain excellent customer service while maintaining security and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Working toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years’ customer-oriented experience; experience with Microsoft Windows troubleshooting, basic networking, and desktop support preferred.
• Mandatory Certifications: A+, Network+, or Security+ (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Knowledge of Windows 11/10/8/7, exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory and network fundamentals, understanding of help desk workflows.
• Valid Florida driver's license, personal vehicle and auto insurance.
• Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.
