You will troubleshoot issues, deploy technology solutions, support infrastructure initiatives, and help ensure staff have the tools they need to succeed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of desktop support or helpdesk experience within a professional business environment.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support to employees through the IT helpdesk while meeting established service levels and response expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, software, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Serve as a trusted technology resource by delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication to users at all levels of the organization.
• Provide end-user training and guidance to promote effective and secure use of technology resources.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and retire desktop and laptop computers in accordance with IT standards and security requirements.
• Install, configure, support, and decommission printers, scanners, image capture devices, and other workstation peripherals.
