Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technology support position within a large organization.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant information technology field is preferred.
• Strong technical skills across IT systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Suite, including Desktop Applications.
• Experience with Adobe products including Acrobat.
• Experience with networking hardware, VMware, and SharePoint is a plus.
• Excellent communication to explain IT information clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and travel periodically within New York state.
