Job summary

The Office of the New York State Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit seeks an IT Support Specialist for its Electronic Investigative Support Group in New York City. The role provides comprehensive technical support and maintenance to end users across eight regional offices, focusing on Windows systems, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, and security policies.

The NYC Regional Office will be the primary site, with periodic statewide travel.

Qualifications

At least two years of technology support experience in a large organization.
Strong proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Adobe products.
Experience with networking hardware, VMware, and SharePoint preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to explain complex IT information to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
Available for periodic travel throughout New York state.
