DonorConnect is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team full-time. You will be the go-to for first-level IT support, handling hardware and software issues and assisting with day-to-day IT operations in a nonprofit environment.

You will install software/hardware, support Windows and Office 365, and help manage conference rooms and hybrid workforce solutions, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Handle first-level IT support: hardware/software issues.
• Install software and hardware as needed.
• Move and configure workstations, printers, phones, and conference rooms.
• Analyze logs and identify potential issues.
• Document, track, and monitor resolutions for timely user requests.
