Responsibilities

• Process and manage technology support tickets efficiently.
• Set up and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Provide IT support via email, chat, phone, and onsite.
• Create detailed logs and documentation in ticketing systems.
• Assist with system deployments and moves/adds/changes.
• Maintain asset inventory and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure data security and privacy across systems.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment and on-call rotations.
