Job summary

TCT Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional end-user tech support across locations. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business apps, while ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and strong member service.

You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and support cybersecurity initiatives. The role requires 2–4 years of IT support and the ability to travel between branches as needed.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent IT experience required.
2–4 years of IT support or help desk experience.
Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of Active Directory, networking basics, and hardware.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and travel between branches.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for employee technical support requests.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Provide remote and on-site support across all locations.
Manage and track support tickets and communicate with users.
Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Configure and support mobile devices and MFA.
