Job summary

FOCUS Catholic is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first contact for customers needing IT assistance by phone, in person, or email. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to computer systems, hardware, or software while maintaining high levels of customer service and managing helpdesk tickets.

Key duties include timely workstation deployments, inventory management, processing user change requests, and up to 5 days of travel per year to remote training locations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Experience with customer support
• Passion for technology

Responsibilities

• Close all tickets and maintain a high customer satisfaction
• Timely workstation deployments and inventory management
• Organize and process user change requests
• Respond to tickets for customers seeking help. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved via either in person, email, or over the phone
• Up to 5 days of travel per year to provide IT support at remote training locations.
