Job summary

SHINE Technologies is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support to internal customers and to serve as the primary contact for end user technology issues. This role diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux, taking ownership of incidents through resolution and documentation.

You will work with IT teams to improve end user reliability, security, and support processes, while supporting devices and software

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Take ownership of incidents through resolution, with clear documentation and end-user communication.
• Offer in-person and remote support for end users as needed.
• Collaborate with systems, network, and security teams on escalated issues and improve support documentation.
