Job summary

Paytient is hiring an IT Support Analyst in Columbia, MO to serve as the first contact for employee technical help. You will support Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, SentinelOne, and VPN, perform user administration, and help write user guides. A customer-service mindset and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

This full-time role requires 3–4 days per week in the office and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Workspace administration including user provisioning and mail config.
• Experience in identity and access management and basic Okta troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Slack administration, workspace settings, notifications, and integrations.
• Experience handling Jira tickets, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation in Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Slack channels and Jira ticket queues.
• Respond to end-user requests and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Create/modify/delete user accounts in Google Workspace and Okta.
• Assist with password resets and access issues.
• Onboard/offboard users and configure access permissions.
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta integrations.
• Monitor SentinelOne alerts and respond to basic security events.
• Assist with VPN connectivity and endpoint device security.
• Draft SOPs, FAQs, and end-user guides in Confluence.
• Provide professional, empathetic end-user support.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff and document resolutions.
