• Experience with Office 365 and maintenance of Microsoft Windows.
• Experience with Quantum ERP, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support service personnel in installation of hardware and peripheral components on user premises.
• Load specified software packages, such as operating systems, word processing, or spreadsheet programs into computers.
• Verify efficient and effective system operation through commands, observation, and feedback.
• Provide instructions to team members on the appropriate use and maintenance of equipment, software, and manuals.
• Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems.
• Coordinate activities with helpdesk, network services, or other information systems groups.
• Refer major hardware problems to service personnel for correction.

Along with the team, this position supports the company and its employees in the efficient, safe, and productive use of technology in support of business goals. This position allows for a career path in administration or development. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
