Balancelogic is hiring an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of defense for technology across the company. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist end-users, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support and troubleshooting hardware and software.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support end-users with tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and VPNs.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when needed.
