Job summary

Staffmark Group in Corona, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a professional team. You will provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with imaging and deployment for the Corporate Platform.

The role requires 2–4 years of Windows PC experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; additional education or certifications may be beneficial.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting Windows PCs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and replacing hardware on desktops and laptops.
• Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Competent in assisting employees daily to support Helpdesk tickets.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT end-user support via Helpdesk tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Assist with imaging and deployment for the Corporate Platform.
• Follow established procedures and document issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve technical problems.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience supporting Windows OS PC's
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PC's.
• Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Competent in assisting employees daily to support Helpdesk tickets.
• Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing problems.
• Knowledge of creating images for the current Corporate Platform.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
