Alpitronic is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands‑on IT support across our U.S. corporate office and manufacturing locations. You will be the local IT resource, interfacing with the Global IT team in Italy and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
The role requires an associate degree or technical diploma, 2+ years in desktop support, and knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. You’ll handle hardware, software, networking, and on-site projects, with occasional overtime.
The IT Support Specialist provides hands‑on IT support for both corporate office and manufacturing operations across the company’s U.S. locations. This position serves as a key local IT resource, providing responsive day‑to‑day technical support while working closely with the Global IT team in Italy.
