Job summary

Alpitronic in Charlotte, NC is seeking a hands-on assembler to build EV fast chargers at our manufacturing facility. You will work with charger housings, power modules, and other components, following detailed work instructions and assembly procedures to create finished products.

This full-time, first-shift role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance, with opportunities to contribute to testing, documentation, and improving production processes in a growing manufacturing

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing, assembly, production, automotive, construction, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble EV fast charging equipment using detailed work instructions and assembly procedures.
  • Install and secure mechanical and electrical components within charger cabinets and power stacks.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete product builds.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Identify and report defects, damaged parts, or assembly issues.
  • Support product testing and troubleshooting activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Keep workstations organized and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble EV fast charging equipment using detailed work instructions and assembly procedures.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.

Work Location: On-site, Charlotte, NC area

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, first shift. Occasional overtime may be required.
