  • Provide Microsoft 365 suite client application support; assist with routine tasks in the Microsoft 365 / MS Entra (Azure AD) admin portal under guidance.
  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including PC hardware, laptops, printers, tablets, VPN, and core software systems.
  • Assist with asset management and the proper allocation, tracking, and setup of desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and tablets.

  • Provide in-house audio/visual setup and support for meetings, events, and corporate spaces.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT tasks per department SOPs, including account setup, equipment assignment, and access changes.
  • Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting core network infrastructure — switches, routers, wireless access points, and VPN connections.
  • Follow established IT procedures and controls that support ISO 27001 and SOX requirements for systems and data handling.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures, and help keep documentation and the internal knowledge base up to date.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the IT Senior Technician or IT Manager in a timely manner.
  • Provide multi-location IT support, traveling between Goldbergs Group sites as needed to resolve issues that cannot be handled remotely.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation — including weekends — for after-hours and emergency support coverage.

  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Strong ticketing/documentation discipline, ideally with monday.com or a similar platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Medium duty physical capability: able to occasionally lift/move IT equipment (servers, monitors, network gear) up to 50 lbs, and frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs; comfortable working in server/network closet environments.
