Job summary

A technology service provider in Northwest Arkansas seeks a motivated individual for a customer service role focused on technical support and troubleshooting. This position requires reliable transportation, a high school degree, and the ability to handle stressful situations while providing excellent customer care. Job description

• Respond to all issues (hardware and software), prioritize as necessary and resolve
• Document calls and procedures, work/time involved and resolution
• Work ongoing customer projects and communication
• Maintain office, workspace and inventory levels
• Other as assigned

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Experience with routers and firewalls
• Experience with Remote Desktop Services
• Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems (MAC and Linux would also be nice)
• Familiar with Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, Office 365, AWS etc.
• Familiar with virtualization and assorted products
• Strong understanding of networking and experience with network devices
• Basic understanding of PC/computer hardware set-up and configuration

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to travel and service customers on-site is a must. Travel between company offices will also be required.
• At least a high school degree (prefer some college)
• Flexibility in scheduling and number of hours worked per week
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure complete resolutionArticulate technical information and convey to non-technical people
• Attention to detail while performing technically detailed tasks
• Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations
• Self-motivation and ability to learn new skills quickly

Compensation
