Qualifications

• Active DoD secret security clearance is required.
• Minimum of 5 years IT experience.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required.
• NMCI and FlankSpeed experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-2/3 IT support and troubleshooting.
• Install systems, define and enforce standards.
• Configure and install telecommunication devices and peripherals.
• Test systems after software updates.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot network issues.
• Perform network maintenance and security configurations.
• Provide end-user training for Office, iOS, and Windows.
• Set up VTC and teleconference meetings and provide quick assistance.
