Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a SharePoint Solutions Specialist to support operations in a SCIF environment in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on data entry, content organization, and maintaining accuracy across SharePoint channels, onsite five days a week.

The candidate will improve sites, gather requirements, configure environments, and ensure metadata and version control for mission-critical information. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 requires 2 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field.
• Level 3 requires 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 3 years with Masters; or 9 years with a HS diploma.
• Familiarity with SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) including basic content management tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Improve and reorganize SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and related structures.
• Gather requirements and apply SharePoint best practices to meet mission objectives.
• Configure and update SharePoint environments with structural adjustments.
• Maintain accurate information by managing data, lists, libraries, and content.
• Oversee content quality and consistency per customer guidelines.
• Build and refine document repositories, pages, and site layouts.
• Provide basic user support for navigating SharePoint.
• Apply metadata, tagging, and version-control procedures.
• Partner with team members to streamline content workflows.
• Follow all security protocols within the SCIF environment.
• Perform additional duties to support mission objectives.
