Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking an Associate IT Support Services Analyst to deliver Level 1–2 on-site IT support across our Ohio, Minnesota, Maryland, and Connecticut offices. You will handle employee IT issues, document incidents, and help maintain workstations and security.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory, Azure, and basic networking, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel up to 10% domestically may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience supporting users in a technical environment.
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 on-site IT support for multiple offices (OH, MN, MD, CT).
• Address employee IT incidents, document in service desk systems, and follow up on requests.
• Install, monitor, and maintain workstations, OS, and applications.
