Job summary

You will manage the ticketing system, provide initial support, and escalate as needed, supporting the IT Manager in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users and be first point of contact for problem resolution.
• Monitor ticketing queue, support requests and document in system.
• Assist the IT Manager.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Repair or replace damaged computer hardware.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Manage technical documentation and detailed service descriptions.
