Job summary

Hutchinson Industries, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking an IT Security Coordinator to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of company data and to coordinate security policies across IT operations.

You will drive policy development, security architecture, and a strategic roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance including CMMC. Occasional travel to North American manufacturing sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Professional security experience with network and data protection.
• Familiarity with NIST/CMMC frameworks and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and standards for compliance (CMMC).
• Manage security architecture and alignment with business goals across sites.
• Develop and implement a security roadmap for IT infrastructure, apps and data.
• Coordinate risk assessments, audits, and remediation across facilities.
• Oversee incident response planning and investigations of breaches.
• Mentor IT staff on security technologies and best practices.
