- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 account management.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and ticketing platforms.
- Knowledge of networking gear and basic connectivity issues.
- Experience with Intune and JAMF Pro for device configuration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows, macOS, and iOS.
- Troubleshoot applications, conference room tech, and VPN/Wi-Fi issues.
- Follow endpoint management practices with Intune and JAMF Pro.
- Coordinate with vendors for complex issues and repairs.
- Manage Help Desk tickets and develop SOPs to improve processes.
- Support asset management and end-user lifecycle activities.
- Ensure security compliance and ITSM policy adherence.
