Orion180 Insurance Services, LLC is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our Draper, Utah team. You will deliver top-tier technical support to end users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

You will respond to help desk tickets, escalate complex issues, document solutions, and manage user accounts and devices. Strong Windows/Office/AD knowledge and 0-2+ years of IT support experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
• 0-2+ years in IT Support role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets for PCs, apps, printers, faxes, and network, resolving issues promptly.
• Escalate complex helpdesk challenges as a go-to expert.
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation for common issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and email configurations in Active Directory.
• Install and replace hardware and software across multiple locations, apply security patches, and manage assets.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and equipment relocation during moves.
• Support remote users and portable devices in other offices.
• Collaborate with the Innovation & Technology Department on projects.
