Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CompTIA A+ preferred.
• 0-2+ years of IT Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to help desk tickets, messages, and emails.
• Provide user support for PCs, applications, printers, and network connectivity.
• Create user documentation for common issues for staff.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and email configurations in AD/Exchange.
• Install and replace hardware and software across locations and apply patches.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and office moves.
• Support remote workers and portable devices; collaborate with IT projects.
