Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies in Virginia seeks an IT Support Technician to provide direct end-user technical support for the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) contract, supporting end users at client sites throughout Virginia and surrounding areas.

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, integrated systems, and software, provide technical assistance, and guide customers on equipment operation to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management frameworks is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support at client sites and Virginia locations.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, software, and systems.
• Assist with PC refresh initiatives and project plans.
• Document actions and follow-up items from meetings.
