Job summary

Calibre seeks an experienced IT Support & Operations Specialist to deliver advanced technical support and operational assistance across multiple office locations and a remote workforce. You will manage user support, technology systems, onboarding, and adoption of firm solutions, ensuring reliable IT services.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Some travel between offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 3–5 years of proven technical support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support contact for onsite and remote users.
• Troubleshoot access, MFA, SSO, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Provide advanced hardware, software, printers, and mobile device support.
• Support conference room tech and Teams meeting functionality.
• Maintain records of support requests and system updates.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and technology adoption.
• Assist with technology projects and office technology initiatives.
