Job summary

Siemens EDA (Siemens Digital Industries Software) in Fremont, CA is seeking a dynamic technical support specialist for Calibre products. You will drive adoption through pre-sale and post-sale support and develop demonstrations and benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or VLSI (or foreign equivalent).
• Experience with IC Physical Verification including Calibre, ICV, Assura and PVS.
• Preference for experience in IC Digital Design/Custom Layout and CAD tools.
• Experience with DRC/LVS/ERC/PEX/PERC verification flows is a plus.
• Working familiarity with Unix/Linux and scripting or C programming is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support for Siemens EDA Calibre products.
• Develop and deliver software demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Assist customers with benchmarking and integration; deliver on-site support during enablement and deployment.
• Collaborate with area sales, account teams, and customers to identify opportunities and communicate progress.
