Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to join our internal team, supporting employees across multiple locations with hardware, software, network, and access issues, including onboarding and equipment provisioning.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of corporate IT support, experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems, and a customer-service mindset. Some travel to company sites is required, and HIPAA awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

1–3 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
Experience supporting Windows OS, printers, and common workplace software.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
Experience with onboarding new hires and equipment provisioning.
HIPAA awareness and healthcare privacy familiarity.
CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage help desk tickets, prioritize and resolve requests.
Assist with new hire onboarding, equipment prep, system access, and workstation setup.
Support onboarding, track status, and ensure on-day readiness.
Assist with offboarding, disable access, and asset returns.
Maintain asset inventory and perform routine maintenance.
Document issues and collaborate with IT leadership and HR.
Travel to multiple company locations as needed.
