Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers in Lawrenceville, GA, seeks a Senior Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to manage IT across clinics, surgical centers, and admin spaces. This in-person role requires hands-on problem solving, independent work, and clear communication.

Travel to multiple locations will be required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT infrastructure, strong network and Microsoft 365 skills, and experience with routers, switches, and HIPAA security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems or network administration.
• Strong troubleshooting across networks, hardware, endpoints.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Ability to document configurations and procedures accurately.
• Able to coordinate work with vendors and contractors.
• Willingness to travel to Summit locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, hardware, and IT issues across clinics, ASC, and offices.
• Escalation resource for on-site technical issues.
• Lead infrastructure work for new and acquired locations.
• Maintain checklists, timelines, and deployment status.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VPNs, internet.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows, accounts, and endpoints.
• Own escalated tickets in SolarWinds until resolved.
• Travel to Summit locations as required.
• Follow HIPAA and security policies.
