BEYOND IT SUPPORT LLC is seeking an IT Support professional to handle onsite and help desk tasks for clients in Colorado. The role involves travel to client locations, resolving issues on Microsoft core business applications and operating systems, and ensuring proactive system maintenance.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications and OS.
Onsite and help desk support with travel to client sites.
Manage server/network issues: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS; WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls.
Implement and support remote access: VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix.
Document work in ConnectWise and IT Glue; update customers on incident progress.
