HP IQ is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to deliver exceptional technical support while scaling IT operations. You will own day-to-day IT support, endpoint lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, inventory, and knowledge management, serving as a senior technical resource across HP IQ.

The role emphasizes automation and improving employee experience. You will manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, and other critical SaaS tools, while partnering with Finance, Legal,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Support or related roles with independent work capability.
• Strong experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Expertise in onboarding, offboarding, endpoint provisioning and access workflows.
• Solid IT inventory, asset tracking and device lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and incident resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for macOS, Windows, mobile devices, and SaaS apps.
• Serve as senior escalation point, guiding complex issues to resolution.
• Improve processes, tooling, and self‑service resources.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows, device setup, and account provisioning.
• Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack access and licenses.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, inventory, and asset tracking.
• Write and maintain IT knowledge base articles and runbooks.
• Standardize repeatable support processes and drive automation opportunities.
