Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to serve as the on-site technology lead for a long-standing K-12 account in Springfield, MO. You will manage and support technology services across the food service department at 50+ school sites, including POS systems, computers, tablets, and related devices.

Collaborating with District IT, operations, and site staff, you will ensure reliable technology, data compliance, and timely issue resolution while traveling between locations

Qualifications

• Experience supporting POS systems and end-user devices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site Technology & Data Compliance lead for the Springfield, MO operation.
• Provide day-to-day support for POS systems, manager computers, tablets, and handheld devices.
• Maintain network, Wi‑Fi, and telecom services; coordinate with vendors.
• Escalate and resolve technology issues to minimize business disruption.
• Monitor systems, perform maintenance, and manage device lifecycle.
