Job summary

Aramark is seeking an IT Support Specialist for Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland to provide day-to-day and event-based IT support for POS, back office, networking and related systems, aligned with the venue IT Lead.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, collaboration with application owners and vendors, and delivering high-quality IT services during events, with physical stamina to perform duties as required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT/CS or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze issues and troubleshoot IT problems.
• 2+ years IT systems experience; POS systems experience preferred.
• Experience in concessions/retail or stadium environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; manage pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive IT support for POS and other technologies used during events.
• Communicate issues to application owners and vendors.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.
• Collaborate with onsite IT Lead and follow directions.
• Stay up to date on IT trends and security considerations.
• Assist with IT audits and security assessments.
• Resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner.
• Represent IT to onsite leadership.
• Physical duties including lifting, bending, pushing, and/or extended walking.
