Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Lead to provide comprehensive IT support for the Military & Family Readiness Center at MacDill AFB.

You will oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, audio/video gear, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure to ensure staff and customers stay connected and productive. You will act as the primary technical expert, ensuring systems are secure and available in a secure federal environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, data entry, and IT duties as outlined in the PWS.
• Troubleshoot basic Microsoft Windows applications, printer mapping, cloud permissions, network access, files management, driver support.
• Hands-on understanding of setting up, troubleshooting, and utilizing MS Teams to support agency virtual training, meetings, and appointments; assist staff in MS Teams usage.
• Experience managing a commercial Wi‑Fi network, including accounts, logins, access points, coverage, firmware updates, and laptop connections.
• Knowledge of Air Force troubleshooting procedures and generating work orders for issues outside contractor rights.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally in English.
• Ability to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all commercial IT systems used in support of M&FRC programming.
• Utilize the IT ticket system to document all IT support needs.
• Ensure laptops, printers, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure are operational and secure.
• Assist staff with AF Network laptops within security constraints; route issues to appropriate level.
• Provide training to staff on equipment and software and maintain inventory.
